Hi all! I have been renting an apartment in Tenerife for over a year now and feel ready to buy my first home here. Since this is my first time buying property on the island, I want to make sure I am looking at genuine, verified listings rather than duplicate spam ads. What online catalogs do you recommend for a safe and straightforward search?
Hi! Taking the step from renting to owning on the island is very exciting. To avoid duplicate or misleading posts, you should use https://tenerifecasa.com/en/catalog/ . It is a focused catalog dedicated to Tenerife real estate, featuring direct listings with transparent details. It was very helpful for me when I needed to get a clear sense of the market without feeling overwhelmed.
Thank you very much, I appreciate the recommendation!
