Our Intro to Fly Fishing classes on the Deschutes is always a crowd favorite and our classes are unlike what any other shop in town has to offer!

We are expanding our offering of classes to make access to and floating the Clackamas for a class even easier.  Fast on the heels of Spencers Clack Attack Class, join Eric and Spencer for this Intro to Fly Fishing Class that includes a five hour float down the Clackamas River!

River Float Day

• 1 Shared River Float (2 people to 1 Guide)5hrs
• Apply knowledge from in-store class
• Seine river and see insects in real life
• Learn how to read seams, riffles, etc on the water with a Guide
• Practicing casting in real-world scenarios
• Learning dead drifts
• Mending techniques
• River levels 
• Wading safety
• Fighting fish
• Proper fish handling
