- Net frames — one-year guarantee: Nomad net frames and other hard goods are guaranteed free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
- What's covered: Original defects in material or workmanship on net frames and hard goods.
- What's not covered: Wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, mishandling, alteration, or replaceable rubber net bags.
- One-time replacement: If a Nomad frame proves defective within the warranty period, Fishpond will provide a one-time replacement at their discretion.
- Soft goods — lifetime guarantee: Net accessories and soft goods (holsters, bags, etc.) are covered by Fishpond's lifetime guarantee against defects in materials or workmanship.
- Soft goods exclusions: Accidental damage, neglect, saltwater corrosion, and normal wear over time are not covered.
- How to return: Initiate a warranty or repair request through Fishpond's warranty form; they will respond within three business days with next steps.
