Processing Time

Orders with all items in stock are processed and shipped within 24 hours of placement during business hours. You'll receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase — please review it carefully and contact us right away if any corrections are needed. Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are accurate on both online and phone orders.

Free Shipping

  • Orders over $50 ship free to the contiguous United States
  • Orders over $75 ship free to Alaska and Hawaii
  • Oversized items are excluded from free shipping (see below)

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Ground shipping is our standard method.

Expedited Shipping

We welcome expedited and overnight delivery requests. Expedited shipping is available at the carrier's actual cost, calculated at checkout. If you have questions about how quickly we can get something to you, give us a call — we're happy to help find the fastest option.

Oversized Items

Some items — such as certain fly rods or large packages — may be classified as oversized and will incur an additional oversized shipping surcharge. Oversized items do not qualify for free shipping. We'll communicate any additional charges before your order ships.

Out-of-Stock Items

Our inventory moves fast and we do our best to keep listings current, but occasionally an item may be out of stock after your order is placed. If that happens, we'll contact you promptly. In some cases, we may be able to drop ship the item directly from the manufacturer to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Local Pickup

Prefer to skip the shipping altogether? We offer free in-store pickup at our location. Select Local Pickup at checkout and we'll have your order ready.

International Shipping

We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

Sales Tax

In compliance with current e-commerce regulations, sales tax is calculated at checkout for orders shipping to the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Utah, Virginia, and Washington.
