Fishpond Waders & Wading Accessories Warranty
- Soft goods — lifetime guarantee: All Fishpond soft goods (packs, bags, and accessories) are covered by a lifetime guarantee against defects in materials or workmanship. Fishpond will repair or replace the product free of charge at their discretion.
- What's covered: Defects in materials or workmanship on all soft goods.
- What's not covered: Accidental damage, neglect, saltwater corrosion, normal wear and tear over time, or damage incurred during air transit (which is the responsibility of the airline).
- Airline damage note: If you need an irreparability statement to support an airline claim, contact Fishpond's customer service team directly.
- Hard goods — one-year guarantee: Nomad net frames and other hard goods are guaranteed free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Fishpond will provide a one-time replacement at their discretion.
- Hard goods exclusions: Wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, mishandling, alteration, or replaceable rubber net bags are not covered.
- How to return: Initiate a warranty or repair request through Fishpond's warranty form; they will respond within three business days with next steps.
