- Original owner only: The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
- What's not covered: Damage due to misuse, improper maintenance, or modification is not covered.
- Repair or replacement: Warranty service is limited to repair or replacement at Lamson's discretion. Repair parts or colors may not match the original reel exactly.
- Turnaround: Lamson emphasizes fast service — rod sections are available on demand and repairs carry a 72-hour turnaround target, one of the quickest in the industry.
