Option 1: Estuary float

Season: August 1 - October 31
Cost: $600 (1-2 anglers) or $400 per person (3-5 anglers)

Location: Tillamook, OR
This is one of the most unique guided trout opportunities in Northwest Oregon. Float one of the Tillamook Bay tributaries as an incoming tide brings pods of fresh fish into the estuary. Early season, this is a higher volume fishery. Later in the season, it's less about numbers and more about size!
This is highly active fishing that involves casting and retrieving streamers on five and six weight rods. Because the tides dictate the schedule, only full day options are available for this trip.

Option 2: Freshwater walk and wade

Season: First rains - October 31
Cost: $450 half day, $600 full day (1-2 anglers)
Max group size: 4

Once the fall season's first significant rains arrive, sea run cutthroat migrate upstream into freshwater environments.
Experience fishing for big, fresh sea run cutts in the dense wooded forests of Oregon's Coast Range, on rivers skinny enough to spit across in some places. For these trips, we employ a combination of streamer, dry fly and nymphing tactics on five and four weight rods. The window for this fishing is narrow, so dates are limited.

Option 3: Combined freshwater/estuary trip

Season: First rains - October 31
Cost: $750 (1-2 anglers)
Max group size: 2

Experience the best of both worlds with this combined angling experience. You'll spend half your day fishing freshwater environments on foot, and half your day floating the estuary at the turn of the tide. This trip can only be run on days with an early or late high tide, so dates are extremely limited.
